The one from Key-Mart is a one time purchase and will not require a monthly subscription. Also, I discovered that the online version of Visio on Microsofts website is not the same as the downloadable stand alone version used on my desktop computer, that Key-Mart is selling. It’s a little bit to figure out, but it actually did work and I saved a lot of money. In fact on my Microsoft web site, it shows that new key# as the actual key number for this software. So, I made a not of that key # and that will probably be the actual primary key # that Microsoft now recognizes. In any event, once I did this, I entered the licence key from Key-Mart and the Microsoft Visio software actually registered with Microsoft as valid! Once I registered the licence with Microsoft, Microsoft issued me a different licence key #. I can’t remember if I had to enter the key # before or after downloading the software. So, I had to go to Google and figure out how to download and install the software from Microsoft myself.

Licence key actually worked! When I received their email with the licence key #, I clicked on the link to go to Microsoft to download the software.
